ACCOUNT

Registering is completely up to you. But having an account with us enables you to have access to your orders history and tracking information, wish list, fill out checkout information much faster and have your shopping cart saved rather than going back to re-add again.

Click here to create an account. Fill out all your details, then you should receive a confirmation email to activate your account. If you have not received the email, be sure to check your spam/junk mail.

ORDERS

Orders placed needs to be cancelled within 30 minutes. After that your order cannot be cancelled.

Orders can take up to two business days to process.

Please double check your email to see if we sent an update of your order. If you have not received an email from us contact us with Subject Line as "Order # *Missing Item*" to:

Someone will get back to you as soon as possible, it shouldn't take more than 24 hours for a reply

We are genuinely sorry if you have received a faulty product from us.

Please contact us immediately upon discovering that your product is damaged. us an email at:

For a speedy process, you can also send in a return request for the item that was damaged by sending a request for return. Here you will be able to be more detailed and send pictures of the damaged goods: Request Here.

We strive for perfection, we are humans and we sometimes make mistakes. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to make it right for you.

Unfortunately once an order is placed we are only able to make any changes to it. The only option available is to cancel your order.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled no more than 30 minutes after.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

You will need your order number or email address so that you can track your order by Clicking Here.

Your tracking number was created and is waiting to be accepted by postal. Please allow up to 48 hours for information to become available.

If this status have not changed please contacts us with subject line as "Order # Tracking Unavailable"

Yes you may, as long as you trust your neighbor with your package, we will not be responsible for mishandled packages at the time of delivery. If your package is being shipped by express mail, please contact the courier and request that your neighbor sign for your package (It is highly recommended that you do this).

If no one is at home at the time of delivery the package would be left in a secure location or with a neighbor, mailbox. If you're unable to locate your package contact and/or visit your local post office.

Also contact us so that we are aware of your current situation within the 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation with subject line "Order # Missing Package" to: support@noirexlabel.com
