Returns

 The NOIRE Label Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a Domestic Order within 14 business days and International Orders within 21, starting from the time when your order was delivered. Email us at returns@noirexlabel.com and we will be happy to help you with your return and solve whatever issue you are having. All returned item(s) must be received in their original condition. The condition of the item must be re-sellable: Unworn, item(s) must be unwashed, no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, no makeup marks. Customers will be responsible to pay for their own postage to make send their returns.

  • We highly to purchase insurance when sending returns. So that you’re covered if your package is lost during transit. Please also update us with a tracking number as well, we don’t mind help keeping an eye out for you.
  • Once the return process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your return/exchange verifying the transaction.

Refund Process - Once we receive your order and all requirements met, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order is refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Debit Cards typically takes 5-7 business days and Credit Cards could take 2-3 business days or 1-2 billing cycle.

Shipping - Unfortunately, once your order is shipped out, there is no refund available for the fee. The only time shipping fee can be refundable is if an order is cancelled and have not been shipped. Shipping fee under no other circumstances, is refundable for a return or exchanged order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received a refund yet, do not hesitate to send an email to returns@noirexlabel.com with the subject as “ATTN Returns: Order #, First & Last Name.

Unclaimed Packages/Refusals/Loss Package Please do not refuse any delivery. We advise you to accept it and return it yourself to receive your refund.  Packages refused will result in an only a Store Credit. We are not responsible for packages lost by postal service, but we will do our best to help you locate your package.
