Processing And Shipping Your Orders

Orders take 1-2 business days (this does not include weekends) to process after payment is cleared.  You will receive your tracking number once your order is processed in a shipping confirmation email. Shipping information will be available once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for the information to become available.

If your tracking number is still “Invalid” after 48 hours, please contact us at orders@noirexlabel.com.

 

RETRIEVING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER 

  • Tracking information will not be available the moment you receive your number. The moment you check it will say that your tracking number is invalid, that's because it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

CUSTOMS/DUTY FEE 

  • Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

CANCELING ORDERS

  • You're able to cancel your order within 24 hours before we begin processing. Payments cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to processing.

PRIORITY SHIPPING:

  • United States & Canada: Estimated time of 5 - 8 Business Days.
  • International: 8 - 12 Business Days
EXPRESS SHIPPING
  • United States & Canada: Estimated 3 - 4 Business Days. 
  • International: 5 - 7 Business Days

We currently do not offer overnight/next day shipping.
All delivery are required for a signature, someone will need to be home/at work to accept the package. If there's no one to sign for the package a card will be left at the shipping address provided. We advise you to make sure someone at the location or a neighbor you trust sign for your package. We are not responsible for lost or delayed package if a signature was not captured at the time of delivery. 

 

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ARRIVING AT A CERTAIN TIME IF EXPRESS SHIPPING ISN'T PURCHASED. 

  • Packages are known for it's delays because of high volume of exporting goods, and it's hard for us to tell when you can expect your package with priority shipping or standard shipping, but we will do our best to make sure your package gets to you as soon as possible. Our best advice is to purchase express shipping for a faster delivery date.
